Why Hua Hin Expo 2026 to launch in November

Hua Hin Today to launch Why Hua Hin? The Hua Hin Expo in November 2026

Hua Hin Today will host Why Hua Hin? The Hua Hin Expo 2026 at Bluport Hua Hin Resort Mall, on 14 and 15 November 2026.

The two-day event will be free to enter and is designed to showcase Hua Hin as a place to visit, live, work, retire, invest and build a life.

The event will bring together local businesses, residents, visitors, investors, retirees, entrepreneurs and community groups in one venue, with around 4,000 to 6,000 visitors expected across the weekend.

The expo will take place in the Hua Hin Convention Centre, which offers around 2,300 sqm of exhibition space. It will feature a range of lifestyle and business zones covering property and investment, hospitality and tourism, wellness and healthcare, expat living, food and beverage, active lifestyle, local experiences and related services.

Jonathan Fairfield, Editor-in-Chief of Hua Hin Today, said the event is intended to reflect the way Hua Hin has changed in recent years.

“Hua Hin has always been known as one of Thailand’s best seaside destinations, but the city is now much more than a place people visit for a few days,” he said. “People are moving here, raising families here, retiring here, starting businesses here and investing here. Why Hua Hin? is about bringing that story together in one place.”

What visitors can expect at Why Hua Hin 2026

For visitors, the expo will offer direct access to businesses and organisations across sectors including real estate, tourism, healthcare, legal and visa services, insurance, banking, education, fitness, sports, restaurants, cafés, and home services.

The event is aimed at people already living in Hua Hin, as well as tourists, visitors and those considering the area for relocation, retirement, investment or business.

Visitors will be able to meet local service providers, compare options, ask questions and learn more about daily life in Hua Hin in one place.

The programme is also expected to include expert panel discussions, community meet-ups, workshops, wellness activities, local showcases and a Hua Hin Stories exhibition featuring people who have chosen to make Hua Hin their home.

“This is not designed only for businesses,” Jonathan said. “We want the event to be useful for people who already live here and for those who are thinking seriously about Hua Hin. Visitors should be able to walk away with practical information, useful contacts and a clearer understanding of what the city offers.”

Benefits for sponsors and exhibitors

The expo will also provide opportunities for sponsors and exhibitors looking to reach Hua Hin’s local and international audience.

Sponsorship packages include exhibition space, event branding, inclusion in the Why Hua Hin Guide and media support across Hua Hin Today’s print, website, social media and newsletter platforms.

Higher-tier packages include speaking opportunities, stage branding, VIP access, feature interviews and wider promotional campaigns before and after the event.

The sponsor packages are designed to provide visibility beyond the two days of the expo, with partners promoted through Hua Hin Today’s media channels as part of the overall campaign.

Jonathan said the sponsorship model is designed to offer more than a standard booth at an exhibition.

“For sponsors, this is not just about being present for two days,” he said. “The value is in being part of a wider campaign that runs across Hua Hin Today’s platforms before, during and after the expo. It gives partners direct visibility with a relevant audience and a clear association with Hua Hin’s growth.”

The event is being positioned as a first-of-its-kind lifestyle and community expo for Hua Hin, bringing together the people, businesses and services that shape daily life in the city.

“This is about Hua Hin as a place to visit and also a place to live,” Jonathan said. “If we can help people discover useful services, support local businesses and encourage more informed investment in the city, then the event will have done its job.”
