Fans tuning in to Live with Kelly and Mark this week quickly noticed that Kelly Ripa was absent from her usual spot beside husband and co-host Mark Consuelos. He shared that she has been limited to soft foods and has even been warned not to inspect the surgical area while it heals. The television host also joked that staying quiet might be the hardest part for his famously talkative wife.  With Ripa temporarily sidelined, Live with Kelly and Mark has welcomed a lineup of celebrity guest hosts. Kevin Jonas stepped in to co-host the first episodes of the week, while Mila Kunis, Pamela Adlon and Scott Foley are also scheduled to appear alongside Consuelos during Ripa’s absence. The rotating guest hosts will keep the show running until she is ready to return.  A gum graft is a common dental procedure used to treat receding gums by attaching healthy gum tissue to areas where it has thinned.
