“@RTCH having worked at David Hobbs Honda in 2000, when they debuted in the US. Apparently, at least for the initial wave or first year, dealerships had the option having all their S2000s fully equipped with aero accessories or non of them equipped. Not sure how long that lasted, but Hobbs had all the initial S2000s equipped. “I ordered one of these, a British Racing Green unit in NYC and put $25 down on it. It was priced at $6641.00. I didn’t inherit any money when I turned 21 like I told the dealer I might and had to release it to sell to someone else. It did show up on the showroom floor and that was the last time I saw it. I later converted the front of my MGA to look like a cobra… and then changed it back when I made it my first race car… This was in 1965.”

“This is my car. I have had every generation of 911, air cooled and water cooled, turbo and NA, all of which are in various states of “hot rod”. Even my CGT has some mods. I bought this car to hot rod as well, but it was so mint that I couldn’t do it, it is truly flawless inside and out. However, my OCD got the best of me and I invested whatever was needed to make the car perfect and decided to let it go as an offering to the BAT community. @hoarsche enjoy!”

“I bought this car intending to enjoy driving it, and I did. I’ve owned this Viper since April 2000 and have kept it longer than any other car I’ve owned. It has spent its life just south of Houston. I’ve enjoyed it enormously over the past 26 years, including four driving schools and 5-6 autocross events. I’m selling it because I’m almost 70 and the Viper has become harder for me to get in and out of and to drive without pain (2 surgeries on the ball of my left foot). I hope its next owner…”
