“Oh hello, old friend! I managed Aston Martin Newport Beach for 6+ years, I spec’d this car personally, and I sold it to the original owner. Used to see him driving in Newport/Laguna all the time. I don’t work there anymore, so I don’t have access to the service records, but my memory was that the original owner did the scheduled maintenance on time, and the remainder of the service visits you see on the carfax are for tires. “My father loved VWs and I grew up surrounded by a barnyard of mostly early 50s cars and vans. We swapped engines without any regard for anything except which ones ran the best. This is an amazing car anyway, but what truly astonishes me is the original engine still in place. Incredible.”

“This looks like a great, honest Porsche 911T Coupe 5-speed. Yes, all U.S.-delivered cars came with MFI, while ROW models had carburetors.
This example appears to be a very untouched, original car with all the right period-correct parts, and a rare specification, leather interior, and factory A/C. It has a really nice patina, and a 1972 T in this kind of condition is becoming increasingly rare. These make fantastic driver’s cars.
