“My dad also has a Judson in his ’56 lowlight and got me hooked on 36hps. I currently have an Okrasa and just pulled a ’58 T2 36hp out of my Brasilia science project. I see at one point in picture 507 this Ghia had an Okrasa setup. I would have loved to talk to the owner/builder and hear their feedback on the differences. “When I was President of the Pit Crew at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles I had the privilege of arranging a Tour of Bruce Meyer’s garage off Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Among his fabulous cars (e.g. the first production Cobra) is the SWB Berlinetta that won its class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1961, the highest placing of a SWB at Le Mans.”

“A few years ago I took one down the Oregon coast, right after some seat time in a GT3. Same engine DNA, same urgency to rev, but the experience couldn’t be more different in the best way. Our technicians during that time and during 2023 and 2021 records are all former trained factory Lamborghini guys. You can look them up!
As you can see both Motul and Lucas gear oil was used in 2021 and 2023, so I am very confident this is a “ShopWare” typo.
Our software system in the shop was very clunky until recently.

“As a young couple we had a 1964 122sw from Massachusetts was which perfect given my tip income as a student & bartender. We ran it until the 225,000 mile mark and sold it for more than we paid for it. This restoration corrects for all of my Volvos obsolescence or weaknesses; larger engine; better fuel delivery; rust remediation, nice interior and respectable paint job. This one is a keeper!
