Pattaya City Council Reviews Draft Annual Budget Ordinance for 2027
PATTAYA, 10 August 2026 – Mr. Phraiwan Aromchuen, President of the Pattaya City Council, chaired a meeting today to consider the draft ordinance on the annual expenditure budget for the fiscal year 2027 (B.E. 2570).
The meeting was attended by Mr. Poramese Ngamphichet, Mayor of Pattaya City, along with the deputy mayors, members of the city executive team, heads of government departments led by Mr. Kiatisak Sriwongchai, Permanent Secretary of Pattaya City, directors of educational institutions, and relevant officials. It was held in Meeting Room 401 at Pattaya City Hall.

The primary goal of the session was to allocate the budget in alignment with the needs of local residents. Discussions focused on key areas including infrastructure development, education, public health, tourism, and elevating the overall quality of life for citizens. Emphasis was placed on ensuring that spending is cost-effective, transparent, and delivers maximum benefit to the public.

These efforts are intended to support Pattaya’s continued growth as a livable city capable of advancing development across all dimensions.
