Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s Château Miraval …

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s former French estate, Château Miraval, has reportedly escaped damage despite dangerous wildfires burning in parts of southern France. According to TMZ, smoke was seen rising near the famous winery on Friday as firefighters continued battling fast-moving blazes across the region. While the sight of thick smoke sparked concern among fans, aerial images reportedly showed no visible damage to the historic property. Authorities have continued to monitor the situation as changing weather conditions keep the fire risk high. (tmz.com) Château Miraval, located in the Provence region of southern France, has remained in the spotlight for years because of both its award-winning rosé wine and the ongoing legal dispute between Jolie and Pitt over ownership of the estate. The former couple purchased the property together in 2011 and married there in 2014 before separating two years later. Since then, Miraval has become a central issue in their lengthy legal battle. (apnews.com) The latest concern comes as southern France faces another challenging wildfire season. High temperatures, dry vegetation and strong winds have fueled several fires across the region, prompting emergency responses and temporary evacuations in affected communities. Firefighters have been working around the clock to contain the flames and protect homes, forests and historic landmarks. (reuters.com) Although smoke was visible near Château Miraval, reports indicate that the estate itself has not suffered any confirmed structural damage. Emergency crews have continued monitoring the area to ensure the fire does not spread closer to the property. Officials have also urged residents and visitors to follow safety instructions as weather conditions remain unpredictable. (tmz.com) Beyond the immediate wildfire threat, Miraval continues to attract attention because of the legal fight between Jolie and Pitt. In recent years, the former spouses have exchanged lawsuits over Jolie’s sale of her stake in the winery to the Stoli Group’s wine division, with Pitt arguing that the sale violated an earlier agreement. The dispute remains unresolved and has become one of Hollywood’s most closely watched legal battles. (apnews.com) For now, the focus has shifted from the courtroom to the safety of the estate and surrounding communities. The apparent lack of damage to Château Miraval has come as welcome news, but officials warn that wildfire conditions can change rapidly. As firefighters continue their efforts across southern France, the situation remains fluid. While Miraval appears to have avoided harm, authorities say continued vigilance is essential until the fires are fully contained. The incident serves as another reminder of the growing impact of extreme wildfire seasons across Europe and the importance of protecting both communities and cultural landmarks.

Bunnie Xo explores new career chapter after report…

Bunnie Xo is reportedly turning the page on a new chapter of her life by exploring opportunities in reality television following her high-profile divorce from country music star Jelly Roll. According to People, the podcast host, author and entrepreneur has been holding meetings with producers, agents and production companies in Los Angeles as she considers starring in her own reality TV series. The reported project would mark Bunnie’s biggest step yet into mainstream entertainment as she continues to expand her career beyond podcasting.  The 46-year-old, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, has spent recent weeks embracing what she calls a fresh start after finalizing her divorce from Jelly Roll, born Jason DeFord. The former couple ended their nearly 10-year marriage earlier this summer in what has been described as an amicable split. Court records cited irreconcilable differences, and both agreed to keep details of the separation private while maintaining respect for one another.  Sources told People that Bunnie is eager to focus on new professional goals and has been seriously exploring television opportunities. One reported concept would follow her move into a shared compound with close friends, offering viewers a behind-the-scenes look at her personal life, business ventures and friendships. However, no official deal has been announced, and discussions are still in the early stages.  Bunnie first gained a loyal audience through her hit Dumb Blonde podcast, where she interviews celebrities, musicians and internet personalities while also speaking openly about her own life. Her candid personality and willingness to discuss difficult topics have helped her build a large following across social media platforms.  Since the divorce, Bunnie has continued sharing updates about her life with fans. She recently revealed that she is focusing on healing, personal growth and new experiences rather than jumping into another relationship. She has also documented several lifestyle changes, including moving into a new home, purchasing a luxury Rolls-Royce and planning to return to school by enrolling at Arizona State University for a double major.  Although public interest in her personal life remains high, Bunnie has emphasized that she wants to shape her own future through new creative projects. A reality series could give audiences a closer look at her life after divorce while showcasing the entrepreneurial side that has helped her build a successful media brand.  For now, Bunnie’s reported television ambitions remain in development, but the interest from Hollywood producers suggests she could soon become a familiar face on reality TV. As she navigates life after her marriage, she appears determined to transform a difficult personal chapter into an opportunity for professional growth, proving that sometimes the end of one journey can become the beginning of another.

The 32-year-old actor recently spoke with People while promoting the upcoming thriller, sharing his favorite behind-the-scenes experience from filming. Although Lucky features intense action sequences and emotional drama, Starkey revealed that one particular stunt left the cast and crew laughing long after the cameras stopped rolling. (people.com) According to Starkey, his most memorable day involved filming scenes that required him to drive an all-terrain vehicle through rugged terrain. While the sequence looked exciting on screen, he admitted that things became much funnier behind the scenes than anyone had expected. The actor recalled that he had never driven that type of vehicle before production. As he tried to navigate the course, the experience quickly turned into a comedy of errors. Despite the unexpected challenges, everyone on set remained supportive, and the mishaps eventually became one of the production’s favorite memories. (people.com) “It was one of the most fun days we had,” Starkey shared, explaining that filming action scenes often creates unpredictable moments that cannot be planned. He said those unexpected experiences helped build a strong bond among the cast and crew, making long filming days more enjoyable. (people.com) Lucky, based on Marissa Stapley’s bestselling novel, stars Anya Taylor-Joy as a young woman forced to confront her past after becoming caught in a dangerous criminal conspiracy. Starkey plays Cary, a mysterious figure who becomes involved in the unfolding drama. The Apple TV+ series combines suspense, action and emotional storytelling, offering a different role from the ones fans have previously seen Starkey portray. (apple.com) The actor explained that working on Lucky challenged him in new ways because many scenes demanded physical performances alongside emotional intensity. He praised the production team for creating an environment where actors felt comfortable experimenting, even when action sequences did not go exactly as planned. Those moments, he said, often became the most enjoyable part of filming. (people.com) Starkey has enjoyed a busy year, balancing promotional duties for Lucky with the release of the final season of Netflix’s Outer Banks. In recent interviews, he has reflected on saying goodbye to the long-running series while embracing exciting new opportunities in film and television. His latest role demonstrates his growing versatility as an actor willing to explore different genres and characters. (people.com) As anticipation builds for Lucky, Starkey’s lighthearted story offers fans a glimpse behind the scenes of a production filled with both thrilling action and genuine laughter. While audiences will see high-stakes drama on screen, the actor says some of the best memories came from the unexpected moments that had everyone smiling between takes.

Ainak Wala Jin creator Hafeez Tahir condemns AI remake

Veteran writer and director Hafeez Tahir, the creator of the iconic Pakistani fantasy television series Ainak Wala Jin, has strongly criticised the makers of the recently released AI-generated film adaptation, alleging that his original work was used without his permission. The AI-based adaptation was released in cinemas earlier this month, prompting Tahir to share a video on Instagram in which he expressed his disappointment and urged the public to spread awareness about what he described as the unauthorised use of his creation. In the caption accompanying the video, he referred to the matter as “daylight robbery.” Speaking directly to viewers, Tahir asserted that Ainak Wala Jin was entirely his original creation. “Today I am very angry because my life’s work, Ainak Wala Jin, is being taken and its name is being used in an AI-generated film that has been released in theatres. I’d like to tell you all that this is my idea, my concept, my creation,” he said. The veteran filmmaker further explained his role in developing the beloved television series. “I am the concept writer. I created the name, I directed it and made a quality serial,” Tahir stated. He added that he later sold the rights to a private television channel, which, according to him, continues to benefit from the show’s popularity by attracting millions of views through YouTube uploads. Tahir also alleged that neither the filmmaker nor the cinema releasing the AI adaptation sought his approval before using the title and concept. “Neither the filmmaker nor the cinema that released the film sought my permission,” he claimed. The creator further criticised the heavy reliance on artificial intelligence in the adaptation, arguing that it stripped away the originality and emotional appeal of the classic television series. “To take a series and base it on AI is to ruin an iconic idea. They’ve changed the appearance of the characters and destroyed them,” he said. Expressing particular disappointment over the portrayal of one of the show’s most recognisable characters, Tahir added, “My main character, Nastoor Jin, looks like a dacoit here. They have changed the original characters, their voices and replaced them with AI-generated music. In this way, they have ruined such a beautiful idea.” Concluding his statement, Tahir suggested he may pursue legal action over the matter. “Now tell me, should we stay quiet or move forward and take legal action?” he asked. The video drew significant attention online, with many fans supporting Tahir and expressing concern over the use of artificial intelligence to recreate a cherished Pakistani television classic without the creator’s involvement. Several users criticised the filmmakers for relying on AI, while others said the controversy was upsetting because Ainak Wala Jin remains an important part of their childhood memories. One fan described the series as a defining part of growing up, while another said the situation was “so upsetting.” Originally broadcast in 1993, Ainak Wala Jin became one of Pakistan’s most popular children’s fantasy dramas. Running for 152 episodes, the series followed Nastoor Jin, portrayed by Shahzad Qaiser, a genie who travels to the human world in search of a cure for his weak eyesight. The show remains one of the country’s most memorable television productions decades after its original release.

Hrithik Roshan reacts amid Kangana Ranaut’s CJP controversy

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has found himself back in the headlines after social media users claimed he liked a post mocking Kangana Ranaut amid the actress’ ongoing controversy involving her remarks about the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) and student protests in India. The speculation began after a Reddit user shared a screenshot allegedly showing Hrithik’s verified Instagram account liking a meme directed at Kangana. Although the original Instagram post has since been deleted and the like cannot be independently verified, the screenshot quickly went viral, reigniting public interest in the former co-stars’ long-running feud. The meme referenced Kangana while addressing Hrithik directly. It read, “Hrithik Bhai, you could’ve taken one for the team. Kyun khula chhod diya ise desh par?” The post jokingly suggested that Hrithik should have prevented Kangana from becoming a public figure, prompting widespread discussion online after the alleged like surfaced. The viral claim emerged as Kangana continues to face criticism over her comments regarding student-led protests linked to the NEET paper leak controversy. The actress had criticised the protest videos circulating on social media, describing them as “puke-inducing.” Her remarks led to a public exchange with Cockroach Janta Party spokesperson Saurav Das, whom Kangana criticised by questioning his identity as a student. Speaking about Das, Kangana reportedly said, “I googled this person and he is 28 years old. How he claims to be a student I have no clue!” Responding to the actress, Das issued a statement to ANI, correcting her claims. He said, “Even Google provides incorrect information to Kangana Ranaut. It suggests I am 28, but I am actually 27. I am not a student either; Google would confirm that I am not a student. I am a journalist, and I have never claimed to be an active student. I am a student of life… She should also strive to be one.” While Hrithik has not publicly commented on the controversy, the alleged Instagram activity has fuelled speculation that the actor may have subtly reacted to the ongoing trolling surrounding Kangana. However, because the original post has been deleted, there is no independent confirmation that the like was genuine. Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut have shared one of Bollywood’s most high-profile public disputes, dating back to 2016. Their feud began after Kangana referred to Hrithik as her “silly ex” during an interview, implying the two had previously been in a relationship. Hrithik strongly denied the claim and sent the actress a legal notice demanding an apology. The dispute later escalated, with Kangana alleging that the actor had pursued her during the filming of Krrish 3, while Hrithik consistently maintained that no romantic relationship had existed between them. Over the years, the legal and public battle between the two actors has remained one of Bollywood’s most talked-about celebrity feuds, and the latest viral social media claim has once again brought their long-standing dispute back into the spotlight.

Nicki Minaj blasts Dr. Fauci over COVID-19 hearing

Rapper Nicki Minaj has once again criticised former White House Chief Medical Advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci, following his appearance before a U.S. Senate committee, where he invoked his Fifth Amendment rights and declined to answer questions related to his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Barbie World hitmaker took to X (formerly Twitter) on July 30 to share a lengthy statement expressing her frustration over the Senate hearing and the lasting impact she believes the pandemic response had on millions of people. In one of her strongest remarks, Minaj wrote, “Feeding tubes will be his portion. He will lose the ability to speak & then & only then will he feel the collective pain & long term ramifications he caused to new borns, young children who are still trying to become acclimated into society & schools, traumatized pregnant women who couldn’t even have family in the delivery rooms & visits.” She continued by listing other groups she believes were deeply affected during the pandemic. “The elderly who died alone & afraid, young ppl still struggling w/mental health, suicide, people turned away from hospitals at their most vulnerable moments, the trust that is now gone from innocent people toward their governments forever, billions of stolen money from hard working tax payers via con artists…” she wrote. Concluding her message, the rapper reflected on the emotional toll of the pandemic. “I’ve been struggling to find the humor in any of this. God bless everyone who made it to the other side. You’re stronger than you thought. God is in control,” Minaj added. Her comments came a day after Dr. Fauci appeared before a Senate hearing examining decisions made during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the proceedings, Fauci repeatedly invoked his Fifth Amendment rights, declining to answer questions regarding his role in the government’s pandemic response. The latest exchange revives a public disagreement between Minaj and Fauci that began in September 2021 during the global vaccination campaign. At the time, Minaj claimed on social media that her cousin’s friend in Trinidad became impotent and suffered swollen testicles after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine. The post quickly gained international attention and sparked widespread debate online. Health experts, however, said there was no scientific evidence linking COVID-19 vaccines to those reported side effects. Responding to the claims in 2021, Dr. Fauci said there was no evidence supporting the allegation and urged the public to rely on verified scientific research instead of unconfirmed reports circulating on social media. The disagreement quickly became one of the most talked-about celebrity-public health controversies of the pandemic, raising broader discussions about misinformation, vaccine confidence, and the influence of high-profile public figures on health-related issues. With her latest post, Minaj has once again reignited debate surrounding the pandemic years and the role of public officials in shaping COVID-19 policies, while her criticism of Fauci continues to draw strong reactions across social media.

Sindh, Aga Khan University forge 5-year ties to ad…

The Sindh Cabinet has approved a five-year partnership between the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD) and the Aga Khan University’s Institute for Educational Development (AKU-IED). The Memorandum of Understanding was signed today at Chief Minister House, Karachi. Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah, who witnessed the signing, called it “not merely an agreement” but “a solemn commitment to every child with disabilities in Sindh that their dreams matter, their potential is recognised, and their future will no longer be limited by barriers.” The partnership will establish an Inclusion and Special Educational Needs (SEN) Unit at AKU-IED, for training, research, and innovation that will house sensory rooms, therapy spaces and dedicated resource centres. The initiative aims to train more than 2,000 educators and, through them, reach an estimated half a million school children over the next five years. According to UNICEF, an estimated 96% of children with disabilities in Pakistan are out of school, with Sindh bearing a large proportion of this burden due to poverty, gender disparities, and limited functional accessibility. Overall, Sindh has 7.4 million out-of-school children, where disability acts as a major compounding barrier to attendance. “For too long, children with disabilities have been invisible in our education system,” said Mr Tuaha Ahmed Faruqui, Secretary of DEPD. “Today, we are making a promise to every family in Sindh that their children matter.” The initiative’s most ambitious commitment is workforce transformation. AKU-IED will deliver modular courses, Training-of-Trainers programmes, and certification pathways to more than 2,000 educators. Its Bachelor of Education degree will offer specialisation in inclusive education with monthly stipends. Beyond training, the collaboration establishes a province-wide research and advocacy agenda: baseline assessments, implementation evaluations, and annual policy commissions to inform government decisions. Biennial SEN conferences and policy seminars will convene experts and advocates, while public education campaigns will produce multimedia resources, toolkits, and community sensitisation initiatives to shift mindsets about disability inclusion. “This is not just an institutional milestone,” said Professor Farid Panjwani, Dean, AKU-IED. “It is a commitment to every child in Sindh who has been waiting for an education system that sees them, hears them, and empowers them.” The Government of Sindh will provide grant funding, while AKU-IED contributes expertise and institutional resources. The SEN Unit will develop a strategic roadmap designed to sustain impact well beyond the five-year term. President of the Aga Khan University, Dr Sulaiman Shahabuddin, saidid, “The true measure of an education system is whether it reaches those who have historically been left furthest behind. By preparing teachers and schools to educate children with special needs, this partnership will help to ensure that all our children have the opportunity to fulfill their potential.”

Salman Khan reunites with Sanjay Dutt in emotional post

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan shared a heartfelt moment with longtime friend and fellow actor Sanjay Dutt, delighting fans with an emotional reunion that quickly went viral on social media. The touching post, shared on Instagram on July 31, came just days after Dutt celebrated his 67th birthday and highlighted the enduring bond between the two stars. The Instagram post featured two candid photographs showing Salman warmly embracing Sanjay Dutt, while the veteran actor returned the hug with equal affection. The reunion reflected a friendship that has lasted for decades, with both actors having worked together in several films and often referring to each other as family. Alongside the pictures, Salman penned an emotional tribute to Dutt, writing: “Babaaaa forever baba and baba is baba. Sanju baba is the baba of all of us and Sanju baba is now the baba of his children, my elder brother Sanjay Dutt, may Allah, Bhagwan, Jesus all keep this man happy, I love you Baba.” The heartfelt message received an equally warm response from Dutt, who replied in the comments: “Brothers for life, love you bhaijaan.” The exchange between the two actors quickly captured fans’ attention, with thousands flooding the comments section to celebrate their friendship. Many described the reunion as one of the most heartwarming celebrity moments of the year, praising the pair for maintaining such a close relationship despite their busy careers. The emotional reunion came only two days after Sanjay Dutt celebrated his 67th birthday on July 29, 2026. Salman chose the occasion to publicly express his affection and respect for the actor, whom he has often referred to as an elder brother. Their friendship has remained one of Bollywood’s strongest, surviving decades of personal and professional challenges. The post also arrived amid growing concern over Salman’s health. Earlier this week, the actor attended the inauguration of the newly developed Data Collection and Segregation Support Centre (IT Server Room) at Mumbai’s Slum Rehabilitation Authority office. Videos from the event showed Salman appearing noticeably lean and tired, prompting fresh speculation about his well-being. Some fans wondered whether the actor might once again be dealing with trigeminal neuralgia, a chronic facial pain condition often referred to as the “suicide disease.” Salman has previously spoken about battling the condition and undergoing surgery in 2011 after enduring years of severe pain. However, the actor has not commented on the latest speculation surrounding his health. Despite the ongoing concerns, Salman’s emotional reunion with Sanjay Dutt shifted the focus to their long-standing friendship. Fans praised the two actors for their genuine affection and hoped to see them share the screen again in the future. The touching exchange served as a reminder that, beyond their successful careers, the bond between Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt remains as strong as ever.

    A 28-piece collection inspired by Lyari’s fo…

Karachi: Movement, the Pakistani streetwear label behind the +92 collection with Wasim Akram and its capsule with Adeel uz Zafar, today announced LYARI – a 28-piece collection releasing on 31st July 2026 alongside an original anthem produced by Qasim Azhar, featuring Eva B and rappers from Lyari itself. Emerging as one of Pakistan’s most happening streetwear brands, Movement continues to build its collections through culture rather than trend. The LYARI drop is the largest release in the brand’s three-year history, and the first built entirely inside one place rather than about it. Lyari made Pakistani football. It made Pakistani rap. Its walls carry a mural tradition older than most of the city’s galleries, and its slang has travelled further than most of its people have. Very little of that reaches the screen. Movement’s position is simple: Lyari does not need defending. It has never needed anyone’s permission to be interesting. Rather than beginning with a mood board, the collection begins with the place itself – its grounds and the players who never left them, its studios and cyphers, its painters who work on shutters instead of canvas. Lyari’s own language runs through the collection, from phrases like “Lyari Dil Hai Jani” to the lettering, colours and hand-drawn graphic treatment inspired by the neighbourhood itself. The LYARI anthem is not just a campaign soundtrack. It is what the streets sound like when nobody is translating them. Recorded with Eva B alongside MCs who grew up in Lyari, the anthem is written in the language those streets are actually spoken in – the slang, the cadence, the humour and the pace of a place that moves fast and does not explain itself to visitors. Nothing on the record was softened for an outside ear. The anthem releases as a standalone record across Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and all major streaming platforms today. The accompanying film was shot entirely on location in Lyari, with the people who live there appearing on camera instead of actors cast to represent them. The collection spans 28 pieces, designed with a simple benchmark: every garment should feel equally at home on a street in Lyari and on a shop floor in London without changing a single stitch.

Vicky Kaushal prepares for major transformation in Mahavatar

Vicky Kaushal is reportedly preparing for one of the most demanding physical transformations of his career as he gears up to play the legendary warrior sage Parashurama in the upcoming mythological film Mahavatar. According to recent reports, the actor will undergo an intensive fitness programme that includes gaining more than 25 kilograms to achieve the larger-than-life physique required for the role. As reported by Mid-Day, Kaushal is set to reunite with celebrity fitness coach Tejas Lalwani, who previously helped him transform for the historical blockbuster Chhaava. The actor reportedly plans to begin training in September, nearly three months before the film goes on floors in December. The makers are said to be aiming for a transformation even more challenging than the one he underwent for Chhaava. For Chhaava, Kaushal increased his weight from 80 kg to 105 kg to portray Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. However, Mahavatar will reportedly require an even bigger and more muscular frame to accurately portray Parashurama, one of Hindu mythology’s most powerful warrior sages. According to the report, the character demands a commanding screen presence and the physical strength to convincingly perform intense action sequences involving the iconic parashu (battle axe). The report states that Kaushal’s preparation will focus on three key areas: training, nutrition and recovery. Fitness coach Tejas Lalwani and nutritionist Alkesh Sharotri have reportedly designed a rigorous programme to help the actor build size and strength while maintaining overall fitness. His workout routine is expected to revolve around compound exercises, including squats, deadlifts, bench presses and pull-ups, with the intensity gradually increasing over the training period. Alongside the workouts, Kaushal is reportedly expected to consume an additional 250 to 500 calories daily, following a protein-rich diet that includes nuts, dairy products and whole grains to support healthy muscle gain. Recovery is also expected to play a crucial role in the transformation. According to the report, Kaushal will follow a strict recovery schedule that includes eight hours of sleep every night and 48-hour rest periods for each muscle group to minimise fatigue and maximise muscle growth during the demanding preparation. Mahavatar reunites Kaushal with Tejas Lalwani after their successful collaboration on Chhaava, a performance that earned widespread praise for the actor’s commitment to physically embodying the Maratha ruler. The upcoming film is expected to present an even greater challenge as Kaushal steps into a mythological role requiring extraordinary physical presence. While Mahavatar remains one of his most anticipated future projects, Kaushal’s next major theatrical release will be Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s period drama Love & War, scheduled to arrive in cinemas on January 21, 2027. Fans are now eagerly waiting to see the actor’s dramatic transformation once filming for Mahavatar begins.
