Olivia Culpo reveals birth plan for second baby as…

Olivia Culpo is opening up about the realities of preparing for baby number two, offering fans an honest glimpse into her birth plan while husband Christian McCaffrey gears up for another demanding NFL season. The former Miss Universe, who is currently in her third trimester, admitted that this pregnancy feels very different from her first as she navigates motherhood alongside her husband’s football commitments.

In a recent TikTok “Get Ready With Me” video, Culpo shared that she has been feeling especially emotional as McCaffrey prepares to return to training camp with the San Francisco 49ers. While many fans associate the NFL season with September kickoffs, Culpo pointed out that players report for training camp in late July, meaning the family’s routine changes well before the regular season begins.

The 34-year-old model also revealed that she will deliver her second child via a scheduled C-section. Having undergone a cesarean delivery with her first child, daughter Colette Annalise McCaffrey, last year, Culpo explained that a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) is not an option for her. As a result, she and McCaffrey carefully planned the procedure around one of the NFL star’s lighter workdays, allowing him to be present for the birth before returning to his team shortly afterward.

Although the arrangement is bittersweet, Culpo remains optimistic. She admitted that knowing McCaffrey will head back to football soon after the baby’s arrival makes this experience very different from welcoming their first child. Still, she expressed gratitude for the strong support system surrounding her, saying she is thankful for her family, friends, and those helping her through the transition.

Culpo and McCaffrey have been together since 2019 and tied the knot in June 2024. They welcomed their first daughter, Colette, in July 2025 before announcing in May 2026 that they were expecting their second child. Their pregnancy announcement, shared on Culpo’s birthday, featured heartfelt family photos and sonogram images, delighting fans across social media.

As the couple prepares to expand their family, Culpo’s candid update has resonated with many parents who understand the challenge of balancing family milestones with demanding careers. Despite the emotional adjustments ahead, she remains focused on welcoming her newest addition while celebrating the unwavering support she shares with McCaffrey, proving that teamwork extends well beyond the football field.

Aubrey Plaza and Christopher Abbott welcome baby girl together

Aubrey Plaza and Christopher Abbott have entered an exciting new chapter as parents, welcoming their first child together. The couple has reportedly welcomed a baby girl, marking a major milestone in their relationship. The happy news came to light after Plaza was spotted in New York City on Sunday, August 9, carrying her newborn in a baby sling. The actress was seen in a relaxed casual look as she stepped out wearing a black tank top, jeans and her hair pulled into a high ponytail. She appeared to be carrying the newborn after attending Christopher Abbott’s final performance in the Broadway production Death of a Salesman. According to reports, Plaza gave birth to the couple’s daughter during the final week of July 2026. The arrival comes just months after the couple publicly confirmed that they were expecting their first child. Plaza’s pregnancy was officially revealed in April, when her representative confirmed the news. At the time, an insider described the pregnancy as a “beautiful surprise” following an emotional year for the actress and said that Plaza and Abbott felt extremely blessed about starting a family together. The couple later made their red carpet debut as an expecting pair at the 2026 Tony Awards on June 7. The event, held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, gave fans their first major public glimpse of Plaza’s growing baby bump. Although Plaza and Abbott have kept much of their relationship away from the spotlight, their romance reportedly began after years of professional connections. The two previously worked together on the 2020 film Black Bear and later reunited for the 2023 Broadway revival of Danny and the Deep Blue Sea. Their relationship reportedly became public in 2025, with the pair gradually stepping out together before announcing their pregnancy the following year. For Plaza, the birth of her daughter represents an important new beginning after a difficult period in her personal life. Before her relationship with Abbott, the Parks and Recreation star was married to filmmaker Jeff Baena. The former couple separated in 2024 after several years together. Baena died in 2025. Since then, Plaza has largely maintained a private approach to her personal life while continuing to focus on her acting career. Abbott, meanwhile, has remained busy with his professional commitments, including his Broadway role in Death of a Salesman. His final performance in the production appears to have coincided with a particularly memorable moment for the couple, as Plaza was photographed carrying their newborn shortly afterward. The arrival of their baby girl adds another special milestone to Plaza and Abbott’s evolving relationship. While neither star has publicly shared extensive details about their daughter, fans are celebrating the couple’s reported new journey into parenthood.

Nadia Afgan calls for accountability over animal cruelty

Pakistani actor Nadia Afgan has spoken out against animal cruelty, arguing that violence toward stray animals reflects a much broader problem of weak accountability and the normalisation of abuse in society. During a recent interview, the actor discussed Punjab’s ongoing efforts to control the stray dog population. She questioned whether killing animals can provide a lasting solution and raised concerns about the enforcement of laws concerning animal welfare. Nadia said the country already has legislation covering a range of issues but argued that the bigger problem is the failure to properly implement those laws. She questioned how citizens can be expected to respect regulations when government institutions themselves are perceived as failing to enforce them consistently. For Nadia, the issue goes beyond stray dogs. She linked animal cruelty with violence against other vulnerable groups, including women, children and workers. She argued that abuse often becomes normalised when victims have little power to defend themselves. In her view, the same lack of accountability allows different forms of violence to continue across society. The actor also spoke about the emotional impact of repeatedly witnessing disturbing incidents. She said that people who attempt to raise awareness online can often feel powerless when serious social issues receive less attention than entertainment and celebrity-related content. Nadia revealed that the constant exposure to such incidents has affected her emotionally and, at times, prompted her to distance herself from social media. She also defended animal rescuers and volunteers against accusations that they misuse public donations. According to her, many rescue groups operate with extremely limited resources and depend heavily on individuals who contribute their own money, time and belongings. She said young volunteers sometimes sell personal items to help animals and provide emergency care. Nadia believes the public often notices animal rescue efforts only after particularly disturbing cases become viral online. Once the attention fades, however, volunteers are frequently left to continue the work without sustained institutional support. The actor further stressed the importance of teaching children empathy toward animals. She argued that repeatedly presenting animals as dangerous or treating cruelty as acceptable can influence how children understand violence and vulnerability. Instead, she favoured introducing children to animals in a safe and compassionate environment. She said empathy is more effectively developed through personal examples and positive experiences than through fear. Nadia ultimately presented the debate over stray dogs as part of a wider discussion about social responsibility. She maintained that protecting vulnerable beings, enforcing existing laws and holding people accountable are essential steps toward reducing violence
