In this video, we demonstrate the working process of the ECOSTAN® Paddy Straw Briquetting Plant. The setup includes multiple machines working in harmony: Dual Shaft Shredder, Hammer Mill, Flash Dryer (Model: FD25), and Briquette Machine (Model: BM90 HD).

Process Overview: Paddy straw is collected from farms and processed through shredding, hammering, and drying stages to reduce size and moisture content. Once dried to 8-12% moisture, the material is fed into the Briquette Machine, where it is compressed into clean, chemical-free biomass briquettes. This eco-friendly solution helps curb pollution caused by stubble burning and transforms waste into a renewable energy source.
Applications of Biomass Briquettes: Briquettes can be used in power plants, cement plants, FMCG industries, pharmaceuticals, brick kilns, and more, making it an excellent clean energy alternative.
